Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
Manage office communications including emails, calls, and scheduling.
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle procurement and maintain office supplies/inventory.
Support HR and Accounts teams with documentation and record-keeping.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Oversee general office maintenance and ensure a professional environment.
