Key Roles & Responsibilities



Reception & Front Desk Management



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Handle courier, mail, and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).

Office Coordination



Coordinate with different departments for smooth office functioning.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Support HR/Management in organizing events, orientations, or sessions.

Ensure office equipment (printers, projectors, etc.) are functional and serviced.

Administrative Support



Manage visitor records, employee attendance logs, and front-desk registers.

Assist in preparing basic reports, letters, and documentation.

Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and local coordination for staff or guests.

Provide administrative assistance to managers as needed.

Skills Required



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Basic problem-solving and coordination skills.
