Requirements:
3-5 years EA/Secretary/Admin experience
Stable work history (not a frequent job changer)
Graduate (secretarial qualification preferred)
Strong English (spoken & written)
Excellent follow-up skills (must)
MS Office (Excel: Pivot, VLOOKUP, linking sheets | Word formatting)
Good Google search ability
Resides within
45 mins of the office
Honest, grounded, comfortable with personal tasks
Married candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
Calendar, travel, appointments & task coordination
Follow-up with internal and external teams until closure
Report preparation, documentation & email drafting
Maintain confidentiality and handle personal tasks when required
Coordinate with departments and represent the MD professionally
Evaluation Process:
Skill test: Excel, email drafting, Google search, follow-up process
Background check & reference verification (last two employers)
