Job Description




Responsibilities

  • Engaging with the existing customer support team and working in tandem on customer queries and responses over e-mails, phone or chat.
  • Coordinating with the internal teams concerning shipments, orders or other relevant queries pertaining to customer queries and support.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the internal stakeholders.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Requirements:
  • Speaking and Writing in the English language at a native level is a must.
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam will be a bonus.
  • Strong relationship building skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel and Word
