Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator for our Chandigarh office, who will be responsible for collecting and managing data from various warehouse depots. The role involves ensuring accurate reporting to the head office and supporting the smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect daily operational and inventory data from multiple warehouse locations.
Compile, verify, and share accurate reports with the head office.
Maintain digital and physical records of warehouse data.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely data submission.
Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data efficiently.
Assist in routine office administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate with the operations and logistics teams for smooth coordination.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple data points.
Ability to follow up with multiple teams and ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
12 years of experience in office coordination, admin, or data handling roles.
Experience in logistics/warehouse environment is a plus.
