Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



(1) Manage and organize departmental data and reports using

Microsoft Excel

.

(2) Prepare, maintain, and update records, databases.

(3) Draft, review, and manage

emails, correspondence, and documentation.



(4) Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.

(5) Generate analytical reports using

Excel formulas.



(6) Handle confidential information with discretion.

(7) Maintain stock records by coordinating with site staff on a daily basis.

(8) Capable to Cross check supplier's bill and make cheque Payment

(9) Purchase, take rates from various vendors, make comparative statement. Ensure that the materials reaches site on time.
