Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Office Coordinator

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating between departments, and providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions. Maintain and update records, files, and databases with high accuracy. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory. Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records. Assist with marketing and communication tasks, including social media updates and event coordination. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
