Job role-

Administrative Support

:Perform general clerical duties, manage filing systems, and maintain employee and company records.

Office Operations

:Oversee the inventory and ordering of office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning properly, and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

Communication

:Answer phones, direct calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, and act as a central point of communication for the office.

Scheduling & Coordination

:Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for staff and management, and coordinate logistics for events.

Vendor & Facility Management

: Liaise with vendors for repairs and services, monitor office expenditures, and ensure the office environment is secure and well-maintained
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
