Job Description

Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with different departments as per organizational needs. Maintain accurate records and minutes of meetings, proceedings, and follow up on action items and status updates. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, ensuring effective communication flow within the organization. Arrange travel plans and accommodation for staff and Directors when needed, adhering to the organization's travel policy. Greet and assist all guests, clients, and visitors of the company, providing support and ensuring a positive experience. Uphold and communicate office decorum and discipline in accordance with the organization's policy. Monitor and maintain sufficient office stationery supplies to support daily operations. Address office-related issues and facilitate their resolution, ensuring a conducive work environment.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in office coordination or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using office software and communication tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
