The main office is located at VIP Road, Zirakpur. Local females candidates will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with clients via email, phone calls, or text (office line)
2. Responding to emails, handling concerns in a professional manner, and redirecting as necessary.
3. Data entry - Ms word, Excel sheets, edit and approve session reports
4. Checking in with clients for feedback
5. Handling payment reminders and renewals
6. Helping with interviews
