Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, emails, and client communication efficiently.
Draft and respond to professional emails in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Coordinate meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain schedules.
Manage documentation, reports, and follow-up tasks.
Assist management in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
Ensure smooth internal and external communication flow.
Requirements
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BA, B.Com preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in office coordination, client servicing, or admin roles (freshers with good communication may apply).
Languages:
English, Hindi, and Telugu - Mandatory
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.
