Maintain and update office files, records, and databases (both digital and manual).
Prepare and manage official correspondence, reports, notices, and circulars.
Handle student admissions, registrations, and documentation processes.
Maintain attendance registers, fee records, and examination files as per institutional norms.
Assist in maintaining accounts-related documents, bills, and vouchers.
Manage inward and outward correspondence (letters, courier, emails).
Coordinate with departments, faculty, and students for administrative support.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping of official documents.
Support organization of meetings, events, and examinations by providing clerical assistance.
Maintain confidentiality of office data and ensure all records are properly secured.
Assist senior staff in data entry, report preparation, and routine office tasks.
