We are looking for a reliable and responsible

Office Clerk

to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organised work environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to assist with routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations and common areas Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors Handle office errands such as banking, courier, and document delivery Assist in photocopying, filing, and organising documents Support staff with day-to-day office requirements Ensure office supplies are arranged and replenished when required
Requirements:

Basic reading and writing skills Polite, well-mannered, and physically fit Honest, hardworking, and dependable Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
