We are looking for a responsible and organised Office Clerk to support day-to-day administrative work. The role includes documentation, record maintenance, fee collection follow-ups, and assisting with processes related to Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and organise office documents and files (physical and digital).
Handle filing and record-keeping of student, staff, and academic records.
Understand and assist in various processes related to
YCMOU
(forms, submissions, deadlines, communication).
Maintain accurate records of student admissions, fees, and documents.
Assist in
fee collection
, update fee records, and give timely
fee payment reminders
to students/parents.
Coordinate with students, staff, and management for administrative requirements.
Support office work such as data entry, reports, and basic correspondence.
Ensure records are updated, accurate, and easily accessible when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic understanding of office administration and documentation.
Comfortable using
MS Word and MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic calculations).
Ability to understand and follow university-related processes and instructions.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Basic communication skills in Marathi and English (Hindi added advantage).
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in an educational institute or administrative role is an advantage.
Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
