Answering calls, directing them, taking messages, handling emails, and distributing mail. Document Management: Filing, sorting, typing, and retrieving physical and electronic records. Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases and systems. Scheduling: Managing calendars and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes. Supplies: Monitoring inventory and ordering new supplies as needed. Office Equipment: Operating and maintaining computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines. General Support: Running errands, assisting other staff, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
