We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented
Clerk
with strong Marathi typing skills and good overall typing speed. The candidate will be responsible for handling clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and documentation work in Marathi and English.
Draft and type official letters, notices, and reports.
Maintain and update office records, files, and registers.
Assist in preparing and organizing official documents and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
Coordinate with departments for administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality of office documents and information.
Required Skills:
Excellent
Marathi typing
and good
English typing
speed.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
