Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update project files, records, and documents.
Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of project-related documents.
Assist in preparing letters, reports, and invoices.
Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and office team for routine administrative requirements.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Track and maintain office supplies and stationary.
Support HR and Accounts departments in basic clerical tasks.
Ensure safe custody of contracts, permits, and project-related paperwork.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
