Job Description

Core responsibilities

Administrative support

: Answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries from clients and employees.

Document management

: Filing, sorting, and retrieving documents; maintaining filing and database systems.

Data entry and record keeping

: Entering data into computers and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Correspondence and mail

: Preparing and sending outgoing mail, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.

Office supplies and equipment

: Monitoring office supplies, ordering new stock when needed, and operating equipment like photocopiers and fax machines.

Scheduling

: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting rooms.

Financial tasks

: Preparing bills and invoices, and potentially performing basic bookkeeping or tracking petty cash.

General assistance

: Greeting visitors, making travel arrangements, and providing general support to staff.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
