Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to perform various administrative, clerical, and support tasks in our office. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, a basic understanding of office procedures, and the ability to manage documentation, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Support the team in maintaining office supplies and stationery inventory.
Assist with clerical tasks with different departments
Manage photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support.
Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of all important company documents.
