1. Administrative Tasks



File and organize records for easy retrieval. Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence. Enter and update data in office systems or databases.

2. Office Support



Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and related documentation. Assist with general office workflow and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

3. Billing and Financial Processing



Prepare and process bills in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of office expenses and financial transactions.

4. Work Environment



6 days a week (typically Monday-Saturday; Sunday off)

5. Salary Range



?10,000 to ?15,000
