The Clerk will be responsible for maintaining office records, supporting daily administrative activities, and ensuring smooth documentation and communication flow within the organization. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain and update files, records, and documents (physical & digital).
Prepare and manage reports, data entry, and office documentation.
Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
Support senior staff with administrative tasks.
Inventory & Office Supplies Management
Keep track of office stationery and supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement when required.
Data Entry & Database Management
Input and update data accurately in company systems.
Prepare simple spreadsheets, logs, and registers.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Ensure smooth communication across teams and support office activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles (freshers may also be considered).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks responsibly.
