Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official communications.
Support accounting or HR departments in basic record maintenance.
Manage courier dispatch, stationary stock, and office supplies.
Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital).
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Help in daily office operations and provide general support to senior staff.
