Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day hospitality and facility-related operations Support front office, housekeeping, guest services, food & beverage. Ensure smooth coordination across departments Uphold high standards of customer service and cleanliness Learn and adapt to company procedures and service excellence practices

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management 0-1 years of work experience (Freshers are welcome) Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team
