Key Responsibilities
1. Office Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Keep the office premises, cabin, pantry, and restrooms, clean and tidy.
- Ensure that all office supplies such as paper, pens, and pantry items are well-stocked.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling as needed.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver and collect documents from clients and other offices.
- Distribute incoming mail and organize outgoing mail.
3. Client and Staff Assistance:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Help in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and setting up equipment.
- Escort clients to the relevant staff members or meeting rooms.
4. Errand Running:
- Perform local errands such as going to the bank, post office, or government offices as required.
- Purchase office supplies and other necessary items.
5. Other Duties:
- Support staff with minor tasks such as fetching documents or other items.
- Assist with the organization of office events and functions.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the partner, manager or accountant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
