Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy/Girl to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office support tasks, ensuring the office is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors. Clean and maintain the office premises including desks, floors, pantry. Handle outdoor tasks such as going to the bank, post office, or delivering documents as required. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Manage office supplies and notify the concerned person when stock is low. Handle basic clerical work like distributing documents and messages. Support staff in basic administrative tasks. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and pantry. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Skills Required:

Honest and trustworthy. Punctual and well-mannered. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Basic reading and writing skills (preferably in English or local language). Physically fit to handle tasks like cleaning, moving documents, etc.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
