Job Description

To ensure timely preparation and service of tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests; maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and kitchen area; and assist with basic office support duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to employees and visitors. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the

pantry, utensils, cups, and serving areas

. Refill and maintain stock of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, disposable items, water bottles, etc.). Ensure all pantry equipment (kettle, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) are clean and in working condition. Manage drinking water arrangements -- refilling water jars / bottles as needed. Support in

serving refreshments

during meetings or events. Maintain proper waste disposal and cleanliness standards. Inform admin for replenishment of pantry or cleaning supplies when required. Occasionally assist with

basic office tasks

, such as file movement, stationery distribution, or delivering documents within the office. Clean and maintain office washrooms regularly

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 8th / 10th pass Experience: 1-3 years preferred in office pantry or hospitality support Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling Polite, disciplined, and well-groomed behavior Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain cleanliness standards
