Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bills, invoices, and other documents to vendors and relevant parties as required.
- Assist with basic office paperwork, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks.
- Perform bank-related errands, such as depositing cheques, collecting bank documents, or other tasks assigned by management.
- Manage the distribution and collection of office documents within and outside the office premises.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area, including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Restock office supplies and monitor usage.
- Assist other staff with miscellaneous errands and tasks as assigned on a day-to-day basis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred 12th pass).
- Basic computer knowledge for handling bills, data entry, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate well with vendors and staff.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Physical stamina to carry out errands and maintain office organization.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
