Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including workstations, cabins, reception, and pantry.
Regularly clean and sanitize desks, floors, doors, windows, and office equipment.
Ensure washrooms are clean and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
Take care of pantry cleanliness and handle daily waste disposal properly.
Report any repair or maintenance issues (like plumbing, lighting, AC, etc.) to the Admin department promptly.
Office Support & Administration:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical support as needed.
Manage and maintain pantry and cleaning supplies inventory.
General Conduct:
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
Follow office discipline, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist colleagues and visitors courteously and professionally.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
Prior experience in office assistance and housekeeping preferred.
Basic understanding of cleaning materials and hygiene practices.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Good attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
