Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Ensure availability of pantry supplies, drinking water, and basic stationery.
Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and courier packages within and outside the office.
Assist administrative and HR staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical work.
Support in organising office meetings -- setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and ensuring refreshments are ready.
Run errands such as purchasing small items, depositing or collecting documents from banks or vendors.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair requirements (lights, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of office information at all times.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: SSLC / 10th Pass (Higher secondary preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
Physically fit and active.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position.
Working hours: 9.30 AM to Closing
