Responsible for providing general office support, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as needed.
Assist in receiving and dispatching courier and mail.
Run errands such as bank deposits, office supply purchases, or deliveries.
Support administrative staff in basic clerical work when required.
Ensure pantry supplies, drinking water, and stationery are always available.
Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and ensure a professional attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 10th pass (12th preferred).
Basic communication skills (reading and writing).
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in office support or housekeeping roles (preferred).
