Position Overview:
The Facility Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of office and facility-related activities. This role ensures proper upkeep of the workplace, coordinates with vendors and service providers, and assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning work environment.
Qualifications:
10th/12th or Any Diploma
Experience: Min 2+yrs

Responsibilities:
Bike and Driving License Mandatory
Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor
Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, window
The person must have a neat and clean personality
Also be able to move outside office for any kind of task directed to him.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff Record daily transactions like cash receipts, payments, and invoices
Ensure timely/ accurate payments to suppliers and receipt of payments from customers
Perform basic office administrative tasks like filing, printing, reporting, and emailing
