Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation
Prepare and update basic reports in Excel
Handle filing, printing, and data entry tasks
Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow
Manage inward and outward documents and materials
Assist in purchase follow-ups and courier dispatch
Support the administrative and accounts team when required
