Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain cleanliness of the office & work areas. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Handle filing, photocopying, and other clerical assistance as requested. Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and couriers within and outside the office. Monitor and maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning materials. Support basic errands and deliveries as per management's instructions. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any issues promptly. Assist in minor administrative tasks and other duties assigned by HR/Admin.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent. Prior experience as Office Boy/Helper in an office setup preferred. Punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently without constant supervision.

Working Hours:

9.30 AM to 7.30 PM

Salary:

10K to 13K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
