To support the service department by handling pick-up and drop activities of documents, spare parts, and customers' vehicles (if applicable), and to assist in day-to-day office and service-related operations.
Key Responsibilities Pick & Drop Duties
Pick up and drop service-related documents, spare parts, and materials between departments, vendors, and customers as instructed.
Assist in customer vehicle pick-up and drop (if assigned) following company guidelines.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of items and documents.
Maintain proper records/logs for pick-up and drop activities.
Service Department Support
Assist service advisors and floor staff with routine tasks.
Support in arranging customer vehicles in the service area when required.
Assist during vehicle delivery to customers.
Office & Administrative Support
Handle photocopying, filing, and movement of documents within the office.
Serve tea/coffee and attend to basic office needs when required.
Keep the service reception and office area clean and organized.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company safety rules while handling vehicles and materials.
Ensure confidentiality of customer and company documents.
Report any issues, delays, or damages immediately to the supervisor.
Skills & Requirements
Basic reading and writing skills.
Knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Physically fit and willing to do field and office work.
Polite and customer-friendly behavior.
