Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry area.
Ensure daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
Keep restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
2. Pantry & Refreshments
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Manage pantry inventory and inform admin for replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry utensils and appliances.
3. Office Support Tasks
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office.
Arrange and serve water/tea during meetings.
Support staff with small errands or deliveries as instructed.
4. Administrative Assistance
Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages.
Help arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are neat before and after use.
Assist HR/Admin team in basic office work as needed.
5. Other Responsibilities
Ensure office supplies (stationery, cleaning items) are well-stocked.
Handle small tasks like bringing items from outside (if required).
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper behavior in the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass.
Basic understanding of cleaning and hospitality.
Good behavior, honesty, and ability to follow instructions.
Punctual and responsible attitude.
