to assist with day-to-day administrative support at our Maruti Suzuki dealership. This role involves handling office maintenance duties as well as performing outdoor tasks such as delivering documents to RTOs, banks, and other offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and customer lounge.
Assist in filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
Pick up and deliver documents to RTO, bank, insurance offices, and other related locations using personal bike.
Assist in vehicle registration-related errands.
Purchase and restock office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
Help various departments (Sales, Service, Accounts) with day-to-day support.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of documents and materials.
Handle basic maintenance or odd jobs inside the office premises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.
Must own a bike and have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Familiar with local routes.
Basic communication skills in Hindi or local language (English is a plus).
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Honest, punctual, and presentable.
Should be physically fit and active.
Working Conditions:
Full-time.
Some travel involved within the city for errands.
