Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms).
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier packages.
Run errands (bank, post office, market, stationery shops, etc.).
Assist in managing office supplies and stock levels.
Provide support to office staff and visitors as required.
Pantry & Hospitality
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and light refreshments to staff and guests.
Assist in preparing simple meals/snacks if required.
Wash and clean utensils, cups, and dishes (after events/functions).
Ensure pantry, kitchen, and dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
Event & Meeting Assistance
Arrange meeting rooms, seating, and refreshments for internal/external meetings.
Help in organizing small office functions/events.
Provide support in shifting/arranging furniture, chairs, and tables when required.
Other General Duties
Monitor and ensure basic office facilities (lights, AC, water, etc.) are working properly.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical work.
Support team members in ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
Perform any other duty assigned by management in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Minimum Education: 10th / 12th Pass.
Physically fit and active.
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic communication skills (reading/writing Hindi).
Polite, professional, and trustworthy in handling tasks.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
