Key Responsibilities
Ensure the office is clean and organized by performing tasks like cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.
Run errands as needed, which may include going to the bank, or purchasing office supplies.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and guests.
Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries.
Photocopy, scan, and file documents, and assist with data entry or other clerical duties as assigned.
Provide general assistance to all staff members to help them with their daily tasks.
