Responsible for day-to-day office operations support and maintaining cleanliness,clerical assistance and orderliness in the office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness of office premises,tables, floors, washrooms, reception, and pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in file organization, scanning,document handling. photocopying, courier, and bank works
Maintain and manage pantry supplies, drinking water, and stationery.
Support staff during events, meetings, and client visits.
Skills Required:
Basic literacy in Hindi/Marathi (English optional).
Basic Computer Knowledge for Data Entry
Discipline, honesty, and time management.
Physically active and reliable.
Requirement:
No minimum experience required. Hardworking and punctual.
Salary : 8K + Performance Bonus
