Cleaning and dusting office premises, furniture, and equipment.
Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, etc.).
Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Collecting, delivering, and filing documents/paperwork as required.
Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and basic office tasks.
Handling office errands, such as courier, banking, or supply runs.
Supporting staff with day-to-day requirements.
Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills.
Prior experience in office assistance or housekeeping preferred.
Punctual, disciplined, and well-behaved.
Ability to handle multitasking and follow instructions.
