Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible office boy to join our team. The office boy will be responsible for performing various basic administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including the pantry, restrooms, and work areas.

- Running errands such as delivering documents, parcels, and other items within the office or to external locations.

- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.

- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.

- Assisting in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Providing general support to staff and visitors as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor if required.

- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.

Working days - 6 days ( 2nd and 4th saturday off)

Office hours - 10.30 to 7.30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
