? Clean Office tables, equipment's, Pantry in morning before starting work.
? Keep necessary stock of Pantry materials, housekeeping materials. If any materials are in low quantity, inform the admin team and get it before it finishes.
? Prepare Tea coffee for Staff at 10.30 AM and 4 PM.
? Serve water and tea to guests
? Deposit Cheque / Cash in bank as directed by the Accounts team.
? Pay various bills at respective payments locations as guided by the accounts team.
? Collect various materials from suppliers as guided by Purchase team / Admin Team
? Delivery various goods at client place / Service center as instructed by Admin / Technical support Team.
? Give couriers at the courier office and collect receipts.
? Check materials for Serial no, model no, Qty on delivery time (as well as during receiving
time too) with invoice/ Delivery challan and dump it in Vehicle for delivery.
? Handle materials carefully to avoid damages.
? During the rainy season or during sending materials by transport/ courier, check material packing properly to avoid damages.
? Wash Office vehicles at least once a week.
? Do other office tasks as instructed by Admin and other Staff.
