Keeping the office premises clean and organized
Dusting desks, furniture, and equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms, reception, and common areas
Ensuring washrooms are clean and stocked with supplies
2. Pantry & Hospitality Support
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Managing pantry supplies and refilling items as needed
Assisting during meetings with water, snacks, and setup
3. Document & File Handling
Collecting, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Delivering files or documents within the office
Assisting staff with basic clerical tasks
4. Outdoor Work (If Required)
Depositing cheques, submitting documents, or collecting parcels
Coordinating with couriers and delivery personnel
5. Office Support & Errands
Helping with office arrangements, shifting items, or setting up workstations
Managing stationery inventory and distributing supplies
Assisting in minor maintenance tasks (switches, lights, basic troubleshooting)
6. Visitor Assistance
Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
Guiding visitors to the appropriate staff or meeting room
7. General Administrative Support
Supporting HR/Admin team in day-to-day operations
Ensuring office rules and hygiene standards are followed
Reporting any repair or maintenance needs

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
