Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises and assisting staff with basic office support tasks such as serving beverages, handling office supplies, and ensuring overall office upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and washrooms.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry and ensure utensils are washed and stored properly.
Office Assistance:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Assist in handling couriers, documents, and files as directed.
Refill drinking water and maintain pantry supplies.
Support in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Run small errands within or outside the office as required.
Maintenance Support:
Report any maintenance or cleaning-related issues to the admin department.
Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are properly used and stored.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic reading and communication skills (English or local language).
Polite and well-behaved attitude.
Physically fit and punctual.
Previous experience in office housekeeping or similar roles preferred.
