to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with daily tasks, ensuring timely opening and closing of the office, and monitoring office utilities and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Open the office on time every morning and ensure all systems are operational
Assist office staff with routine tasks as directed
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and candidates.
Monitor and operate office utilities such as lights, air conditioners, and other equipment (ensuring they are turned on/off as required)
Check and maintain stock of necessary items such as drinking water, cleaning supplies, tea, and other office consumables
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises.
Run errands or handle small deliveries as needed.
Perform other general office support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum high school education (preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Neat appearance and courteous behavior.

Working Hours -
6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
