Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Manage office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management. Assist HR and finance teams with basic administrative support. Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations. Greet visitors and provide necessary assistance. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred). Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Assistant, or relevant role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
