Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests as required.
Handle basic office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they're clean and presentable.
Manage office supplies and pantry stock; inform admin for timely replenishment.
Support in minor administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or admin team.
Help with guest coordination and hospitality during meetings or events.
Ensure security and care while handling confidential or sensitive documents.
