Clean and maintain office areas including reception, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Dust and mop floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures regularly.
Replenish supplies like soap, toilet paper, tissues, and other consumables in washrooms and pantry.
Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage properly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises.
2. Pantry & Hospitality:
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry, wash utensils, and ensure pantry items are well-stocked.
Handle basic food preparation or heating tasks, if needed.
3. Office Assistance:
Deliver and collect documents, files, or items within the office or to/from nearby locations.
Support photocopying, scanning, or filing tasks as instructed by staff.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms with required materials like stationery, water, etc.
Help in moving or rearranging office furniture and other assets as required.
4. Miscellaneous:
Inform management of any maintenance issues (like broken lights, leaking taps, etc.).
Handle minor errands as assigned (bank, courier, market, etc.).
Ensure basic upkeep of office equipment and surroundings.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in housekeeping or office support role preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices.
Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
Physically fit and well-groomed.
