Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and pantry area. Clean and sanitize washrooms and restrooms regularly to ensure hygiene standards are met. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and office visitors. Monitor and restock office supplies like paper, stationery, tea, coffee, etc. Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing as requested. Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and office correspondence. Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings. Support staff with minor errands within or near the office. Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene protocols. Honest, punctual, and disciplined. Good physical condition. Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Work Conditions:



Monday to Saturday. May require flexibility for occasional overtime or early starts. Office-based role with physical tasks, including cleaning and lifting.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
