to support our office operations and logistics requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks, handling parcels and documents, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries between office, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office-related errands such as document delivery, parcel pickup, and drop from office, clients, or vendor locations.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of parcels, packages, and important documents.
Track, record, and update the status of parcels/products to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Assist in office maintenance tasks such as keeping the work environment clean and organized.
Support in administrative activities like photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling office supplies.
Coordinate with courier services, logistics partners, and clients for pick-up/delivery arrangements.
Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching parcels or products as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle documents/packages with utmost care.
Provide general support to office staff whenever required.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
Prior experience in office boy/logistics/delivery operations preferred.
Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
Basic communication skills in [local language/English/Hindi].
Ability to manage time and work independently.
Physically fit and capable of handling parcel lifting and movement.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for the role).
Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
